COVID-19 vaccination status
From 17 May 2021, people in England who have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19 can demonstrate their vaccination status for international travel. A full course is currently two doses of any approved vaccine. Vaccine status will be available from:
•the NHS App which you can download from app stores
It may take more than a week for your identity to be checked and verified so you can use this service.
If you cannot access the online services, and you have had 2 vaccines, you can request a paper letter from the NHS by calling 119. Only call 119 if you are due to travel abroad in the near future and have had your second dose more than 5 working days ago. It may take 7 working days for the letter to arrive.
This practice is not able to provide you with a letter that shows your COVID-19 vaccination status.

please don’t contact the NHS to seek a vaccine, we will contact you;
when we do contact you, please attend your booked appointments;
and please continue to follow all the guidance to control the virus and save lives.
What is eConsult?
eConsult enables NHS based GP practices to offer online consultations to their patients. This allows patients to submit their symptoms or requests to their own GP electronically and offers around the clock NHS self-help information, signposting to services, and a symptom checker.

Patient Information for Attending Appointments
We are still seeing patients at both Lander and Threemilestone Surgeries.
If you have an appointment at either surgery, we would be grateful if you could attend wearing a face covering, ie protective face mask or scarf.
If you are attending Threemilestone Branch Surgery, please ring the doorbell to gain admittance. Please do not arrive early for your appointment and queue outside.
We hope these measures will help you feel safe and protected when you are being seen.
If you have developed any symptoms suggestive of Covid-19, please do not attend for you appointment. Please call us first.

Lander Website, we are delivering a service with a focus on your urgent care, but we are still here to look after your ongoing health needs.

If you would like access to this new feature, you will need to download and fill in the application form available in the link and bring it to reception with two forms of ID (one must be photo ID).
BOOKING APPOINTMENTS AND ORDERING REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS FROM YOUR COMPUTER
You will be able to have access to a summary of your medical history, your prescription history and any recorded allergies. However, to be able to do this you will need to update your access authority by visiting the surgery to present proof of identity before the appropriate access codes can be attached to your records.
Two forms of ID - one must be photo ID and one must have your current address - please note that a driving licence is considered as only one form of ID.
