The Practice encourages you to see our Practice Nurse soon after registering so that we can familiarise ourselves with your medical history and treatment.  Medical records can take a considerable time to reach us and this examination gives us valuable information about you until they arrive.

New Patient Registration

The Practice is pleased to accept anybody who lives within the Practice Catchment Area. Patients will have a named GP, but if you have a “preferred” GP, please can you advise the staff, who will enquire whether or not this GP is able to accept you.  If you have expressed a desire to "opt out" of the care data or Summary Care Record, please can you inform the staff when you register, so that the appropriate codes may be applied immediately.

If you live outside our practice area, the Practice will consider registering you under the new rules from 5 January 2015, whereby patients registered from out of area may not request home visits.
